All Cyntur products carry a two year limited warranty from original date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. At our option, we will repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. Please retain the dated sales receipt as evidence of the date of purchase as it will be required for any warranty service. In order to keep the warranty in effect, the product must be handled and used as intended. This warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence. At Cyntur, our priority is to make certain of your 100% satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return the product(s) to us within 30 days). We Accept All major credit cards: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, Diner's Club. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the matching payment form as tendered at the time of purchase, minus shipping costs. Once we receive the product we will credit your account.
